Muthu and his team were true stakeholders in this entire process. Always willing to push the envelope with me and implement new integrations as well as the customer service received was the best I have worked with in the business.
As part of my previous role at AZCO Inc USA, I was tasked with overhauling many archaic processes and technologies that existed. I was introduced to Muthu and his team via a local company that had utilized PM Square Soft’s services and was told they would be able to help, end to end with our design, development, and implementation of a converting existing software to an updated platform, major enhancements, along with ensuring stability and accessibility. To say that Muthu and his team have been nothing but amazing to work with is an understatement. The initial project was a complete success and internal customers were extremely satisfied with the results.
A couple of years after that project, we have tasked with creating a completely customized, end-to-end custom software that tracked the entire fabrication process from drawings receipt to shipping of spools. This project lasted almost eight years, as new features and functions were implemented and added to continuously improve our vision of a holistic solution for our Fabrication division.
Regardless of the time zone difference, Muthu and his team were always there to support, especially around large rollouts, and communicated every step of the way. I cannot recommend Muthu and his team enough as it has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever experienced in my career.
